What does the annual contract cover?
One full deep clean per year for a single-zone mini split system. Multi-zone systems are priced by quote. The contract also includes priority scheduling and a discounted rate on additional service calls.
When do you schedule the cleaning?
We recommend scheduling before the summer cooling season — typically March through May. We'll reach out to you proactively when it's time to get on the calendar.
Does this cover repairs?
The annual contract covers the deep clean service only. If we find an issue during the inspection, we'll quote the repair separately — and contract customers receive a discounted labor rate.
What if I have multiple units?
Multi-zone and whole-home systems are priced by quote. Call or text us and we'll put together a contract that covers all your units.
Can I cancel the contract?
Yes. If you're not satisfied after your first service, we'll refund the unused portion of your contract — no questions asked.

Need a One-Time Deep Clean?
Not ready for an annual contract? Our standalone Deep Clean service is $495 for the first unit, $400 for each additional unit cleaned the same day at the same location. Full 8-step pressure wash, coil treatment, blower wheel scrub, and drain flush.
